OFFICE MANAGER FOR FAST PACED PR COMPANY

We are looking for an experienced, switched on and extremely organised Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be providing full support and managing an office of 20 staff. Duties will include but are not limited to managing suppliers, organising internal meetings, dealing with IT issues, handling petty cash, making sure the office is pristine at all times and dealing with any office maintenance issues.

The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, have excellent administration, IT and Microsoft Office skills and excel under pressure. You will be managing a heavy and ever-changing workload so it is crucial that you have background in this sort of role and know how to multi task and prioritise effectively.

Who are we?
We are an award-winning PR company that uses the offices for shoots, production, PR, publishing and news. Every day is different, there are always around 20 projects on at anyone go, with around 70% permanent staff to 30% freelancers - so a fresh and regular set up changes and turnover.

No day at Taylor Herring is the same and the successful candidate will have the chance to assist and help with projects like pugs game of thrones or Derren Brown's Ghost Train.

Location: West London
Salary: £18-£25k
Start: ASAP- 1 month notice considered

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Front of house - making sure the office always is functioning well and looks presentable
• Office maintenance and management
• Ensuring the security of the office at all times
• Managing suppliers
• Supporting all recruitment drives and HR issues
• Managing the work experience scheme
• Dealing with IT issues/liaising with IT support if required
• Managing petty cash and assisting the finance team as required
• Reviewing and implementing the company's health and safety policy
• Reviewing the supplier agreements for the building
• Set up and close down of tech in meetings

The ideal candidate will be / have:
• Will have been a runner / facilities executive / receptionist / office manager
• The right candidate will have the flare and skills for this role, so length of time working can really lend weight to any application, but ambition and smarts will also gain a lot of affection in our consideration
• Excellent organisational, admin skills, IT skills
• Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Office management experience
• Personable and approachable
• Well presented at all times
