In February we were named Campaign's Independent Agency of the Year.Our London office is currently looking for a superstar Office Manager and Personal Assistant. You'll be responsible for managing our London office, and helping our CEO and MD manage their diaries. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, who has the ability to juggle many balls.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Working with other members of the team; from liaising with the MD and Exec Producer.Sourcing and booking suppliers as per requirements for the office Raise NDA's and POs for freelancers and suppliers where necessaryResponsible for keeping the office environment in tip-top shape Proactively look for ways of improving efficiencies within the office environment.Liaising with the landlord, cleaner and maintenanceHelp maintain the Distillery intranet with HR to create a smooth and easy to navigate site for current employees, future employees and freelancersManage the CEO email & diary communicationsPrepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes where requiredBook business travel, including flights, transportation and accomodation for the leadership teamPerform front of house duties such as answering the phonesLiaise with clients, suppliers and guests as required for visits to the office Assist with organising Distillery eventsManage specific Distillery events when requiredSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEHighly organised and efficient - you love keeping everything in order Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and numerical skillsThe ability to prioritise, use initiative and perform in a fast-paced environmentExcellent email and phone etiquetteExperience using Google Drive is a big plusWHAT'S ON OFFERCompetitive salary and new business bonus22 days holidays' per year + bank holidays3 faith days off each year in addition to annual leavePrivate Health InsuranceClimate perks - additional days off for not taking the planeCycle to Work SchemeHybrid workingBe part of our "giving back" initiativeClimate Perks (additional days off for using green friendly transport for your holidays)Please email your application including a covering note and your CV.We are currently interviewing so please let us know you're interested ASAP.
