ITV Studios is on the lookout for freelance Production Secretaries with a variety of skills and experience to work across our non scripted production labels in both our London and Manchester sites. We have several roles on a fantastic range productions over the summer - 'The Voice', 'Ninja Warrior UK', 'The Chase', 'Come Dine with Me', 'Saturday Night Takeaway; the 'Royal Variety Performance', 'Jeremy Kyle' and 'Judge Rinder to name a few as well as potential future roles.

The role involves assisting with the smooth running of the production office and generally acting as a key point of contact on the production. Some of the tasks may include but are not limited to: booking hotel and travel arrangements, helping with the set up for studio and location filming, looking after contributors and talent, looking after camera equipment/data wrangling and generally supporting the day to running of the production administration. Good organisational and technical skills, an ability to prioritise and work well under pressure, excellent attention to detail, a real team player with a professional approach to dealing with talent and colleagues as well as the willingness and flexibility to work across the full range of our output are all key to the role. We are interested in both experienced production secretaries and those with some production experience eg. at runner level.
