The Role
As Multimedia Producer, you will deliver the highest editorial and production standards and continually develop practical, creative, and ambitious proposals for the content for which you are responsible.
Responsibilities
• Take day-to-day charge for the audio and video production of one or more podcasts.
• Be responsible for idea generation, location scouting (where necessary), scripting, recording, filming, editing and delivery.
• Manage shoot and record days.
• Talent booking and client liaison.
• Continually creating entertaining and informative content that is compliant and audience appropriate.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is experienced in shooting and editing video, as well as recording and editing audio.
• Is passionate about producing 360 podcasts (full length audio and video as well as bespoke video edits for social).
• Has excellent knowledge of video equipment, used in studio and location environments.
• Has strong post-production skills including Photoshop, After Effects, Grading, Audio Editing etc.
• Is confident managing a shoot environment.
• Has a working knowledge of social media and digital video platforms.
• Has excellent scripting skills.
• Can get the best out of hosts and guests.
• Has a proven ability to research subject areas thoroughly and effectively.
• An ability to forward plan and work to production timelines.
• A natural propensity to be a self-starter, while also collaborating with an AP and Exec.
• Constantly comes up with new programme ideas.
Salary
£35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience.
