Job Overview:
A leading Film Production company is recruiting Motion Graphics Designers on a contract basis, to work full-time in Qatar.
Ideal for candidates with proven practical experience of delivering a range of 2D and 3D Motion Graphics projects. We're seeking applicants with a range of experience, to fill junior and senior positions.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Qatar for the duration of the contract. Salary is dependent on individual experience, creativity & skill.

Role:
• To create compelling, creative and unique motion graphics for our clients.
• Work collaboratively or independently, either as part of a wider project or within a self-contained brief.
• To work with all wider creative, editorial and production teams to deliver integrated work.
• Keep up to date with the latest software, technologies and industry design practices.
• Ensure all work meets technical best practice procedures and standards, as set by the department Heads.
• Demonstrate a skilled and innovative approach to your work while being mindful of creative expectations, budget, and time constraints.
• This is a client-facing role, so you must be a confident communicator, with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy, to achieve the best creative outcomes.
• An understanding of Middle Eastern culture is beneficial, preferably with experience of either working in the region or producing work for Middle Eastern clients.

Requirements:
• All round knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or equivalent 3D software packages.
• Knowledge of Industry standard 2D/3D software practices.
• Practical experience of working with Arabic text and fonts.
• Creative, clear thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
• Ability to take creative direction where needed, and a willingness to address constructive feedback.
• Commitment to work to deadlines, with experience in high volumes of work and tight turnaround times.
• The ability to articulate design concepts in a clear and conversational manner.
• Dependable, self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work to deadlines in a collaborative workplace.
• Arabic language skills are preferable but not essential.
