Rocking Horse Pictures is a successful and growing corporate and business communications video production company based in London. We shoot mainly in the UK and often internationally, sometimes in exotic locations.

We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Animator to join our team. We work with corporate clients, creating lots of short form pieces so we are looking for someone who has a wealth of experience animating many different styles of illustration. You will be working alongside our amazing team of Editors and Producers. You should be able to build strong relationships with them and be comfortable in taking direction and feedback from colleagues and clients. We use Adobe After Effects so you'll need to be an expert in this. It wouldn't be a bad thing if you also knew other apps in the Adobe suite namely Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop. In terms of 'soft skills' you will be a keen creative problem solver, possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have a mature, calm, can-do attitude. You will have a background in and an appreciation of animation with a feel for movement and timing. We are looking for someone who has the confidence to take a storyboard and treatment to the next level and an interest in developing character animation & Cinema 4D. Additionally you will have strong media management skills and experience in working with existing footage, as well as creating your own assets. You will effectively organise and animate vector assets and be confident in tracking, working with green screen and third party plugins. Given our client base you will be accustomed to working creatively within strict brand guidelines. As with any job in our team we need you to have good attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of quality.
