We are looking for an exceptional Motion Designer to join a fantastic London-based design agency. This agency creates brand-led communications created with reason and empathy for influential clients within the tech and purpose sectors.

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver innovative and creative solutions in response to client briefs, from designing gifs to creating new animation styles that can bring a campaign to life, while working to tight deadlines and presenting work to the highest standards. You will be an empathetic and conscientious team player with great leadership skills and the ability to mentor and upskill more junior team members.

Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and InDesign are essential.

Essential Requirements:

5+ years of Motion Design experience, ideally within an agency.
An engaging portfolio/ showreel of work that demonstrates impressive motion design across all digital platforms
A genuine passion for motion design and animation, and drive to continue learning and keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An eye for detail and ability to execute ideas to the highest standards.
Strong typography, layout, and compositional skills.
A problem solver and agile thinker who can come up with innovative solutions throughout the design process.
The ability to produce storyboards, and an understanding of camera angles and narrative flow.
Excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to deliver brand messages with empathy and reason.
Expert skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
You are deadline driven, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fantastic leadership and mentoring skills.
