Are you a talented motion and video designer ready to take on a new and exciting challenge? We are in the process of building a brand-new in-house design team from the ground up and we are looking for someone who lives and breathes all things motion and video design. A real team player with a proven track record possessing a portfolio of crafted motion design and video content that is both visually and commercially effective.

Its exciting times for our fast-paced award-winning business and your passion and creativity will excite our predominantly 18 to 23-year-old market and help further develop our venue/event brands such as PRYZM, ATIK, Bar & Beyond, Big Night Out and many more. Over 7 million people visit our venues every year and our dancefloors are filled with over 100,000 dancing feet every Saturday night.

Specifics and responsibilities:

You're a storyteller, a real crafter, one of the dream team of designers reporting directly to the Senior Designer. You'll contribute to the creative development of all the venue/event brands from creation to delivery of all artwork and content for our physical assets, digital assets and social media assets, both with static and motion video. As a brand guardian you'll help create and update brand guidelines accordingly to ensure brand consistency both internally and externally.

Essential Requirements:

* Confident in everything, a strong communicator which includes presenting ideas and concepts to the wider team. A good listener and adapts well to change;
* A problem solver that contributes in all meetings with ability to be flexible and multi-task at all times;
* Pro-actively demonstrates knowledge of all the latest design and social media trends;
* Works on projects from start to finish including directing shoots at venues to capture content photo and video content;
* Interest in the youth/pop culture and the live events business which can be demonstrated through their portfolio;
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite particularly Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or similar;
* Supportive of others and their own development; and
* Has at least 3 years' experience working in a similar role.

The salary range is up to £30k per annum depending on experience plus benefits.

You must also be eligible to work in the UK and currently live within commutable distance of the Deltic HUB in Milton Keynes.
