What we are looking for

We are looking for a midweight producer to join the production team to work across a range of exciting projects, working closely with both creative and commercial departments. The successful candidate will have at least two year's experience in production or account management.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing brief response work
Writing SOWs
Onboarding new clients
Scheduling, booking crew and talent for shoots
Accurately forecasting all projects using time management software
Updating stakeholders on timelines, schedule and budgets
Managing your project invoices and POs
Sourcing, managing and storing assets
Reviewing, updating and communicating project statuses
Collating and communicating client feedback

REQUIRED SKILLS

Ability to demonstrate end-to-end understanding of content creation from idea, pre-production, post and delivery
Strong client communication skills
Ability to work across multiple digital projects simultaneously
Budget management
Managing small and medium scale shoots (budgets up to £50k)
Production logistics management
Ability to work with rate cards
Ability to work with US clients

DESIRED

Have a solid understanding of APA terms and conditions
A keen interest in how tech innovations can be used to produce video content (i.e. VR)
