Media Coordinator, Digital & Social Content

London

Reporting into the Media Manager, the Media Coordinator will manage, distribute and store all media for the Digital team.

Key Accountabilities
Assist larger Euroleague in sourcing material for edits, clip-up larger files and deliver to Euroleague Basketball's Social and Marketing departments via WeTransfer or Aspera or Content Management System.
Ensure all project hard drives and Synologys are tracked, logged and backed up.
Actively monitor schedule and delivery documents to ensure all tasks are completed in good time.
Facilitate day-to-day uploads, downloads and archive retrievals from Cloud storage.
Attribute appropriate metadata to digital files and log paperwork to the archive.
Manage ad hoc digitising, logging duties and drive requests.
Support Production teams with file transfers, asset management and project back-ups.
Contribute to ongoing refinement of Media Workflows.
Ensure all rushes and archive are ingested and available for edit.
Manage/Maintain housekeeping of Nearline storage, Drives and Cloud Library
The Media Coordinator will be a positive, pro-active and self-sufficient worker, who is adept at communicating and maintaining relationships with Production Teams.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work within IMG's Cross-Channel & Branded Content division, Evoke Films, and potentially support other productions within the department; however the role will primarily service 1x account.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge & Experience)
Experience working with data-management, data-synchronization and digital workflows.
Previous experience of working in a TV production environment or Post-Production Facility
Desire to improve the management systems and processes.
Logging, digitizing, project back-ups and record keeping.
Educated to A level or equivalent
Ability to act professionally at all times and easily adapt and fit in with a range of personalities at all levels.
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team (without close supervision) and shows initiative.
Positive, professional and keen approach to work.

Desirable
Genuine interest in problem solving, trouble shooting and improving workflow efficiency.
Knowledge of VizOne, Iconik, Media Encoding and file transfer platforms.
Basic editing skills (Adobe Premiere).
A desire to develop a career in either in a technical or operational role
Demonstrable decision-making ability
Education to a high level in a Technical Subject or equivalent
Good knowledge of some or all of the following - Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis and Golf.

Working Conditions
This is a fixed term (12 month) position
Please note, we are operating on a remote working set up until lockdown restrictions have been lifted. Thereafter, the role will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge (free on-site parking) and Chiswick Business Park
Regular evening and weekend work
Working times may vary, due to client's location in a different time zone.
You may be required at any of our various London offices
