Reporting to the Producer, the Media Coordinator will be responsible for the effective management, distribution and storage of all incoming media.

The Media Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for all media related issues; assisting production teams with media management queries and any troubleshooting required. The Media Coordinator will also be responsible for delivering post-event content to clients and archiving as appropriate. At times, the successful candidate may also be required to assist on other projects within Magazines & Digital Content department.

The ideal candidate will have experience using IPD, EVS, Adobe Premiere and Avid and will have worked with digital storage, archiving, varying video formats, file transfer systems and production workflows in the past. A good knowledge of VizOne and experience of setting up new workflows and systems is also advantageous. This role will also require picture research on VizOne and other archive sources. Good knowledge of sports desirable.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. 5 days per week, 8 hours per day average. Evening and weekend shifts may be required. This role is based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge (free on-site parking available)
