The Role

The role will consist of implementing the marketing strategy for all products and revenue streams. Controlling all external media including social, email and print, scheduling all marketing activities that cover submissions, our online community platform, our showcase days, consultant interviews with filmmakers, written content planning, writing, proofreading and release. Creating a public relations strategy and building a regular connection with industry press, and the public press networks. You will be required to attend all Lift-Off events where you will stage photographs for our social campaigns and integrate our company's activities into regular newsletters and other social media updates.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a meticulous attention to detail, a self-starter and a smart worker. Experience with PR, Social Media, and online content marketing would be ideal, along with a strong background in written English, with an English A-Level or equivalent. A passion for the film industry is a must, we are looking for someone who enjoys content beyond the mainstream and who understands in part the challenges for todays film and online content industries.

Most of all you will be industrious and entrepreneurial, as you will form part of a management team that sits directly below the companies Co-Founders. We are a young company, with a small revenue stream that has seen keen growth in the last 8 years, but we are still finding our way, which is why it is imperative that the people we bring in drive our business forward.
