Job purpose

To co-ordinate the team of drivers for customer deliveries and returns. To offer a first class service for our customers; ensure all equipment and crew arrive at the correct destination at the correct time. Be an essential link between the customers, drivers and bookings team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle email and telephone client delivery inquiries, providing advice and accurate information as necessary.
Make outbound calls to customers with deliveries and collections.
Receive customer inquiries.
Liaise with internal staff as necessary e.g. when kit is going to arrive.
Liaise with company drivers.
To complete and maintain records.
Take charge to co-ordinate driving schedules and Driver Packs.
Liaise and manage our relationships with external couriers (monitoring and tracking performance).
Assist the Bookings Manager with controlling despatch costs.
Involvement in daily handover and other shared communication activities.
Ensure all associated paperwork gets completed on time and filed correctly.
Adhere to Procam TV Policies and Processes e.g. Health and Safety policy, Confidentiality.

Person Specification

2 years+ experience working in a client facing / Front Line Sales role/ Customer Service role
Demonstrate a friendly, out-going, positive approach to handling client requests.
Ability to keep calm under pressure & display a 'can-do' attitude.
Ability to nurture & establish meaningful relationships with clients.
Excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional administration skills; fully proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Ideally, you will be passionate about learning new technology.
