The Media team's task is to develop engaging content across all media on and off-line platforms. Content should be about entertaining and informing the Club's supporters in a way that always strives to present the Club in a positive way. The Media team works closely with all departments within Arsenal to produce engaging content that helps develop brand and fanbase engagement in the home market of key international development markets.JOB PURPOSEResponsible for producing content for all Arsenal Media platforms with a particular focus on live and studio production and direction. Will work under the Video Lead to ensure all weekly live and studio deliverables are met on time and on budget.The main priorities will be to produce and direct matchday studio shows, live matches and audio content for all social and online platforms. The Live Producer will be expected to produce to a broadcast standard. During the pandemic the Live Producer would be using a virtual studio to deliver the content.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduce and direct the Breakdown Live show to a high broadcast standard whether that is remotely or in the studioEffectively manage and develop the Live Director/EditorMaintain and develop relationships with the key talent for the Breakdown LiveEnsure the Breakdown Live remains contemporary and have a multi-platform presenceOccasional production of Club day shoots and multiplatform featuresDeliver and oversee pre-season live streams and occasional Youth/Women's live streams throughout the course of the seasonDevise and deliver tactics to exploit any new match footage rights in our matchday show offeringDevise a strategy for our live matchday offering for when fans return to matchesMAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS AND PERSON SPECIFICATIONEducation/Qualifications/Training:Degree educatedMinimum of 5 years Industry ExperienceSpecific Experience:The Live Producer will be responsible for planning, output and development of key live content throughout the season. They will need to be experienced in live production and direction with a curiosity and track record of innovation and developments as well as audio production and editing ability. They will be capable of delivering a high-quality product to budget and deadlines.Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:Strong production skills, proven ability to creative narrative from rushesStrong live production and direction skillsAbility to work under limited supervision and as a part of a teamAdvanced knowledge of live production work flowsOperating knowledge of Tricaster or equivalentAn understanding of video codecs, encoding and formatsTrack record of line management and developing team membersA keen interest in media technologies, social media, video and audio trendsAbility to produce content that fits the house style and appeals to Arsenal's audienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborative approach to working with stakeholdersImpeccable attention to detail and awareness of sensitivities around Club media
