The Role

We're looking for an experienced and talented Lead 3D Technical Animator to join the team to create hyper-real immersive experiences. We have an incredibly exciting roadmap and are building out the team to develop it. You'd be integral to that, leading from the front and supporting more junior members of the team whilst assistant the Heads of Dept with planning and resourcing.

You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced technologies in avatar and character creation, embracing new methodologies and technologies for both Mo-Cap data and 3D body-scans, to produce world-class animation that revolutionises film, sport, music and other mixed reality experiences.

Responsibilities
Working within Maya, UE4, and Reallusion.
Utilising traditional and cutting edge mo-cap technologies.
Assisting with Mo-Cap, shoots.
MoCap retargeting.
Post animating and keyframing animations.

Skills
5 years minimum industry experience in production, whether game, feature film or other.
Experiencing of leading a team of animators / artists
Strong working knowledge of Maya
Experience using mo-cap systems, to include, optical, inertial, markerless, and mobile apps.
