We are looking to bring on a Junior Systems Administrator to assist our Technical Director and I.T. department.

The role covers a range of maintenance and support across production hardware, software and networking revolving around video production, graphics production and video games.

This also includes working remotely with our international satellite offices to further develop their I.T. systems.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Technical Director in their daily duties
- Provide user support across multiple systems for both software and hardware.
- Set-up and maintenance of internal software, hardware, networking and data systems.
- Assist in monitoring the systems, identify data infrastructure improvements and respond to concerns or security breaches.
- Maintain backup procedures and data handling.

Qualifications:

This is predominantly a junior role for candidates who have an I.T. based degree, qualification or equivalent work experience.

Any previous experience with systems or network administration in small business environments would be beneficial.

Familiarity or understanding of various operating systems, data and networking concepts including but not limited to: Linux, MacOS, PFsense, NAS and AD systems.

A willingness to learn and improve your understanding and knowledge of fields you will be working in such as video production and video game development engines.

The ability to work with various client's bespoke software and perform the required trouble shooting process in order to deploy these systems within our own production environments.
