You'll be making video content for all of Global's brands so you will need at least an intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro. An understanding of After Effects, Photoshop and Audition would also be an advantage.

As well as editing, there will be plenty of opportunity to get hands-on with cameras and lighting. Vision mixing our studio interviews will also be a large part of the role so any experience in the above would also be advantageous.
You'll be proud to show off some of the work you've delivered in the past which showcases your editing and post-production work for social and editorial video.
You'll be able to work with a Video Content Producer, Assistant Producer and the digitals teams to develop and edit content from initial idea through to delivery. You'll have an eye for detail and organisation.
You will live online and have a great understanding of social and online culture and trends.
You'll be aware of our brands and consumers. And you'll have an overview of our competitors' offerings.

Editing and compiling our online video content.
Working with the Editorial Teams to highlight video opportunities.
Vision mixing studio interviews.
Using the graphics packages put together by our Producers and Senior Producers to enhance our video output.
You'll always be thinking about how we can create better and more engaging content to help our brands stay on top of the video market.

Skills Required
Camera skills - ideally with the Sony FS7 range and associated accessories.
Editing skills - Premiere Pro knowledge is a must and other Creative Cloud apps is a bonus.
Lighting skills - basic knowledge of various lighting techniques.
Vision mixing - multi-camera vision mixing experience with specific knowledge of Blackmagic hardware and software an advantage.
The ability to create high-quality video content to a tight deadline.
