Jeremy Kyle have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Production Manager to support the Production Manager in the effective and efficient management of a year-round high volume programme across a wide range of aspects including HR, finance, scheduling and resourcing.

With special responsibility for managing studio days ensuring the 'corridor' is well run you will manage performance of co-ordinators, maintaining co-ordinator roster, dealing with issues and problems as they arise, liaison with gallery, senior editorial team and presenter, scheduling and contracting freelance crew whilst dealing with complaints and challenges as they arise.

Working with the post production team to ensure media is sent and received in a timely and accurate manner you will attend all studio records and oversee the management of guests, rooms, production team and runners, 'booking days/nights' making sure an excellent service is provided to the production teams and that we receive excellent service from our suppliers. We will look to you to Identify new production management talent and train/monitor the current team whilst being the first point of call on studio days for filming related queries and issues.

The role will involve anti-social and long hours but compensatory time off will apply as needed. The JPM will need to be confident in taking responsibility for the whole production for short periods as required which requires huge energy, adaptability and flexibility to respond to the frequently changing needs of the production.

Our JPM should be confident in dealing with several competing priorities on tight deadlines and demands from several producers, a large production team and senior editorial staff who are also working in often high stress situations.

This role would suit a current Junior Production Manager or co-ordinator looking for the next step who has a thorough understanding of production management across more than one show/genre as the programme often expands outside its studio base and requires PSC knowledge, dealing with contributor health concerns and needs and special episodes that require additional planning at scale
