We are a content agency supporting across all areas of Production, Studio and Post Production.
We produce a range of branded content across multiple clients and are currently recruiting a JPM who will work alongside our Production Manager to support Various Productions. This role would also suit a Senior Production Coordinator looking to step up. The JPM will take a lead on certain areas of Production including managing smaller shoots and will deputise for the Production Manager if required.

RESPONSIBILITES
- Sourcing and arranging crew for filming
- Responsible for creating and sending callsheets
- Ensuring Risk Assessments are completed for all shoots
- Arranging crew travel for filming
- Responsible for scheduling and managing the productions in line with company requirements.
- Ensuring any necessary licensing is cleared for the complete delivery of the productions, escalating any issues at the earliest stage.
- Ensuring production teams are aware of and adhere to Production processes.
- Arranging and reconciling floats
- Assist with coding invoices
- Supporting the PM & Production team with any ad-hoc tasks
- Liaising with other departments leads for scheduling resource e.g. Studio and Post Production.
- Ensuring supplier invoices are tracked against Production budgets.
- Deputising for the PM as required

THE CANDIDATE
- Will ideally have experience of using Farmerswife for scheduling
- Previous experience as a JPM (or Senior Production Coordinator for at least 2 years)
