We are looking for an experienced and proactive Junior Production Manager to join our busy TV, music and corporate video production company for an immediate start. This role will see you working within a small close-knit team with high profile clients.We are looking for someone to:Work closely with senior management to assist the smooth running of all productionsWork across Clean Cut Media's varied portfolio - from broadcast content to corporate films, music videos, branded content and event productionLiaise directly with clientsOversee budgets for all productionsReconcile all invoices against budgets before passing on for payment, including Facility and Office spendOversee invoicing and expense processingKeep note of supplier and sales accruals to report to accounts on a monthly basisOrganise and schedule a wide range of shoots, both in UK & internationally (including Visas and carnets)Manage the post-production scheduling alongside the relevant senior producerCo-ordinate the production planning and logistics, including organising shoots, producing call sheets, acquiring permits, carrying out risk assessments and resourcing crew and kitManage shoots on set where necessaryManage and book in any source content via Satellite Downlink or FTP access from host broadcastersMaintain production schedules, project delivery and storage of contentWork with the new business team creating proposals/quotations based on budgets and to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate delivery of projectsCandidates should:Have experience managing a small team through both production and postHave outstanding communication skillsHave strong writing and research skills, with good spelling and grammarBe fully computer literateHave the ability to use own initiative and be resourcefulWork independently and have great time management skillsBring a practical and logical approach to workHave good attention to detailBe passionate about programme makingBe a self-starter and a strong team playerCONTRACT TYPE: Full time (Evening and weekend work sometimes necessary)SALARY: Dependant on experienceSTART DATE: ImmediateTO APPLY: Please email your CV and cover letter.Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
