We are looking for an experienced and proactive Junior Production Manager to join our busy TV, music and corporate video production company for an immediate start. This role will see you working within a small close-knit team with high profile clients.

We are looking for someone to:
Work closely with senior management to assist the smooth running of all productions
Work across Clean Cut Media's varied portfolio - from broadcast content to corporate films, music videos, branded content and event production
Liaise directly with clients
Oversee budgets for all productions
Reconcile all invoices against budgets before passing on for payment, including Facility and Office spend
Oversee invoicing and expense processing
Keep note of supplier and sales accruals to report to accounts on a monthly basis
Organise and schedule a wide range of shoots, both in UK & internationally (including Visas and carnets)
Manage the post-production scheduling alongside the relevant senior producer
Co-ordinate the production planning and logistics, including organising shoots, producing call sheets, acquiring permits, carrying out risk assessments and resourcing crew and kit
Manage shoots on set where necessary
Manage and book in any source content via Satellite Downlink or FTP access from host broadcasters
Maintain production schedules, project delivery and storage of content
Work with the new business team creating proposals/quotations based on budgets and to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate delivery of projects

Candidates should:
Have experience managing a small team through both production and post
Have outstanding communication skills
Have strong writing and research skills, with good spelling and grammar
Be fully computer literate
Have the ability to use own initiative and be resourceful
Work independently and have great time management skills
Bring a practical and logical approach to work
Have good attention to detail
Be passionate about programme making
Be a self-starter and a strong team player

CONTRACT TYPE: Full time (Evening and weekend work sometimes necessary)
SALARY: Dependant on experience
