Details: Full time position, 9:30 - 6:00 (but flexibility required) 5 days per week, in the office. Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as required. Initial 6 month contract, with a view to extend.

Duties/Responsibilities

Liaising with clients to fulfill their requirements for a given shoot. This will be requests for staff and we will be booking that freelance staff. All very short notice and require immediate action.
Raising quotes for the above and preparing invoices. Also adding in equipment requirements to the quote. Need some knowledge of the kit.
Assisting with other in-house productions.
Prep kit to go out. Sorting when it returns. Charging batteries.
General office duties. Phone answering. Post office/lunch runs etc.
Edit skills a bonus to make tweaks etc when we're not in. Premiere Pro and/or Resolve.
