Dynamic East London content production company is looking for an energetic junior producer to join our growing team in the heart of Shoreditch. This would suit a production assistant who is itching to get more control and run jobs self sufficiently. We have a large and diverse client base servicing an array of exciting agencies and brands. Currently, we are undergoing an exciting change, and are looking for someone very special to join us on the next phase of our development. You will handle budgets of between £5k - £100k.

• Minimum two years experience working for a similar agile content / corporate production company.
• Applicant must be comfortable working across disciplines and on multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to juggle different size filming projects.
• Managing internal and external resources
• A solid understanding of the post production pipeline.
• Highly organised and confident individual with an eye for detail and be able to work on a variety of budgets and schedules.
Ability to take ownership of jobs - feeding back into edit where appropriate.
• Happy and energetic team player
• You will be able to maintain a positive and calm attitude, whilst seeking to find intelligent and creative solutions for any problems that may arise.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, both externally when facing the client, and also in the office when working with the internal production team.
Account management experience
• A thorough attitude towards all paperwork and documentation.
• A strong and reliable network of crew contacts would be desirable.
• Applicant will be expected to assist in other areas of the business when requested (creative / new business etc)
