Polar are looking for a full time junior producer / experienced AP to join our team on a nine month contract, someone who understands being one step ahead and has the experience and drive to manage projects from treatment to delivery across multiple branded projects, and develop new and existing relationships with clients. It would suit someone with an editorial / creative slew, someone who is happy to get involved at any level.

The role would include producing shoots in UK and internationally, attending shoots where needed, producing call sheets and arranging crews, RAs, overseeing edits, creating and managing budgets, with the opportunity also for interviewing and creative treatment development. Branded and short-form experience isn't a must but would help. The role will suit someone who is organised and able to spin several plates at once, someone who is a self starter, able to take responsibility for projects, communicate well, and who loves making beautiful content.
