The Junior Graphics Designer is responsible for assisting on all day to day design requests for the creative services team, working to create bugs, stunt logos, lower thirds graphics and graphics used in promotional campaigns across all Nickelodeon brands.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Working closely with the graphics designer to create monthly navigational graphics continuity.
Creating graphic content, including promo graphics and grading, on-air channel branding, navigation, continuity, and any bespoke visuals.
Designing off-air print materials for press and marketing purposes, and assets for use online.
Keeping all channel and show style guides up to date.
Providing general technical support to the creative department.
Contributing ideas in creative meetings.
Storyboarding ideas for any variety of live action, illustration or graphics concepts
Person Specification:

Qualification in a relevant Moving Image Graphics course
Experience in a similar role
Previous experience in graphics trends and the multi-channel television market
Skilled in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Flash, and Adobe Indesign desirable.
Knowledge of Post Production techniques and formats
Storyboarding experience
Ability to multi task, plan and prioritise workload
Ability to work under pressure in order to adhere to tight deadlines
Good sense of humour
