WHAT'S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

As a Junior Motion Graphics Designer at DAZN you will have an active role in the creative process of designing graphics for promos, trailers and marketing campaigns, for use on and off the DAZN platform.

We are looking for someone who is bursting with ideas and creativity, combined with a real interest in sport. In return you will work on designing and creating motion graphics for DAZN Canada our newly launched territory, all produced out of our state of the art production facility in Leeds.

You'll be a team player who is aware of what is fresh and exciting in the marketplace, buzzing with exhilarating ideas that work across multiple platforms, all with the same result driving people to watch our amazing content. Working with editors and producers you'll develop fresh and exciting approaches to graphics, and have a strong creative flair to drive innovation across the brand. Your work will sit comfortably across multiple platforms, including social and will be generated in both English and Spanish language. Armed with some good experience from working in a broadcast environment, your enthusiasm and passion for what you do will bring the best of those around you.

You will be working on a global product with the opportunity to shape a new generation of sports fans via a video OTT platform that delivers streaming of sport (live and on demand) to customers around the world.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?

Work with the creative producer in the creative process from initial ideas to delivery across a variety of sports
Come up with new and interesting ways to create motion graphics whilst reflecting our brand
Solid understanding of required deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them
Communicate your ideas in an exciting way, working with internal stakeholders to ensure all content is relevant and deliverers a joined-up message
Work in conjunction with the post production team to drive creativity in your work and that of the team you work with
Keep up-to-date with sport industry innovations and motion graphic trends

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS

A minimum of 1 years' design experience, ideally in a broadcast/production environment
Excellent knowledge of After Effects - demonstrated by a solid and creative portfolio
A good knowledge of core Adobe CS software: Photoshop/Illustrator/Premier
A passion for sports and knowledge of current trends in the sports media and broadcasting
Demonstrable dedication to your craft, passion for your work, combined with attention to detail
The ability to come up with exciting, fresh, innovative, creative ideas

DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES

Experience working on sport branded editorial content on various social and other platforms
To be educated to degree level in media, design, animation, 3D or a related design discipline or have equivalent industry experience
Spanish Language skills an advantage but not a requirement
