The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Editor/Camera Operator to join our team.
Working as part of LADbible group, your role will be in the production of creative compelling brand videos and social content across all the LADbible channels.
The role would suit a junior editor and camera operator confident preforming day-to-day tasks that involve a level of technical expertise and attention to detail. You must have extensive working knowledge of Adobe Premier, A7s cameras and be competent in digitizing, logging and importing audio and video footage.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the rest of the Production team and lead editors.
• Work without supervision to juggle multiple projects and confidently deliver on time.
• Manage and maintain the existing archive and prep hard drives and kit ahead of shoots.
• Confidently and quickly subtitle content.
• Proficient in the use of Sony A7s cameras (Experience using Sony FS7 cameras are desirable).
• Creating videos from existing footage, new footage and being imaginative with editing sizzle reels.
• Assisting in shoot production and filming your own content.

The Person
• Excellent production skills in editing, motion graphics and filming.· A solid understanding of filmmaking, composition, typography and design.
• Good knowledge of technical detail and workflow. Experience in motion graphics preferable· Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and Audition desirable).
• Proficiency in associated Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Have demonstrable experience in hands-on shooting, lighting and audio recording.
• Familiar and proficient with a whole range of cameras (desirable), rigging and striking sets, and other production tools such as lighting and sound kit.
• Passionate, motivated and extremely creative.
• 1+ years' ad agency or production experience.
• Have a relevant degree, equivalent qualification or experience in either Video production or a related multimedia field.
• A passion for lifestyle and viral content
