WING, part of Little Dot Studios and All3Media, has a new role for an ambitious and talented Junior Editor to be part of the team that delivers high-end films and commercials to the world's largest brands. It'll be your job to help us realise big, bold creative ideas that get clients, brands and award panels hot under the collar. We want the kind of creative editing that makes people want to watch films twice.

The Ideal Person:
WING's clients are keen to deliver fast turnaround content that still has creative flair and strong production value. Your job will be to ensure that our eye for detail and style of post-production are maintained to the highest level. This is a great role for someone who is keen to get involved with a close-knit, energetic, collaborative and creative team. You need to be great at multi-tasking, have bags of initiative and be super-organised, creative and passionate about content.
• You will know Avid editing software to a good standard and ideally have knowledge of the Avid Nexis shared storage system
• You will have basic knowledge of using After Effects or be willing and interested to learn
• You are professional, creative, good with people and enjoy the buzz of a fast-paced team environment
• A good understanding of the digital environment, social media and online trends
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and creative influences
• Interest in sport, brands and the future of content within this fast moving industry
• You're able to work under your own initiative but at the heart of it you are a great team player
On any given day you might:
• Edit ambitious creative working with Producers and Directors
• Ingest and prep for Lead Editors
• Manage the tech side of our edit system
• Work on selecting appropriate music for various films
• Assist on After Effects
