We are Fire Without Smoke, a full-service creative agency specialising in video game marketing.

We are searching for a junior editor to expand our team and assist the editing department across a variety of tasks.

You will report to one of our talented Senior Editors as well as members of our Production and Creative teams.

The role will require the ability to operate on multiple video game projects and also assist the senior editors with their projects.
As a junior editor you should be creative, flexible, work well under pressure and have a keen eye for detail!

Things move quickly in video games marketing, so we are searching for someone who has fantastic time management skills and works well with quick turnaround deadlines.

We work predominantly with Avid editing software, this is a core competency for this role.

Key Skills:
- Avid editing software experience
- Comfortable on iMac, Adobe Creative Suite (Media Encoder, After Effects)
- Understanding of video compression/codecs for file deliveries
- Working with scripts to create content based on pitch concepts
- Attention to detail, meticulous treatment of your own work
- Excellent time management & organisation skills
- Responds well to constructive feedback
- Creativity!
