Junior Digital Content Co-ordinator

London

Studios at ASOS are highly organised, efficient, future leadership figures, who have an eye for fashion, photography and seamless operations. As one of our Junior Digital Content Co-ordinator, you will be working closely with the Seniors, Team Leaders, Leads and Management at ASOS Studios. You will support department efficiency, whilst thinking commercially and innovatively to deliver the best e-commerce assets in the industry for our 20 something customer. You have the ability to successfully be a part of and support a team with a creative, strategic and operational mindset.

What you'll be doing...

Reporting directly into the Senior Digital Content Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day running of the Digital Content team. This will primarily include product page enrichment of 1000+ products per day
Demonstrates a positive attitude towards work
Establish a comprehensive understanding of department turnaround times and daily workflow within the Studio
Quality assurance for all ASOS Studio assets
Regularly reviewing new-in product pages to ensure all assets going live are of the highest standard, identify and feedback to team
Be the eyes of the customer for the department, flagging anything that does not feel authentic to the 20 something target customer
Identify products that do not sit within our brand protection guidelines by working with legal to avoid anything going live which could damage the brand
Support the team to carry out daily cloning, transfers, alternative image requests
Quality check all assets before pushing through our workflow ensuring all details are correct and are at an excellent standard
Adhering to flexibility within the role to confidently support studio teams with shoot co-ordinating
Assisting the team to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
Indicating ambition to upskill to become efficient member of the team
Ensuring you are striving to support in the delivery of the department strategy
Contributing to team meetings
Be recognised as an aspirational figure within your team
Following established processes to deliver agreed creative and quality standards in line with departmental strategy
Support the team with training and development of new full-timers
Support the team when required with deployment of fulltime and freelance team resource to optimise the collective team skill set
Be authentic, brave and creative and to follow all company and departmental strategies
Developing your communication alongside your team, in line with ASOS Behaviours policy
Working closely with your Seniors, Team Leader and Management team to successfully deliver the department strategy. Build strong, professional and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team
Demonstrating excellent brand awareness by working on areas for review, researching ideas and assessing competition when required to ensure we are market leaders
Participate in new workflow solutions to streamline departmental practices and processes
Participate in departmental technology software and hardware launches when required
Participate in projects to support the department strategy and any other adhoc tasks defined by the Digital Content Team Leader and Manager
