Brave Bison is looking for a graduate level social video aficionado, to develop and execute social video ideas and creative across a range of platforms.

To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated, ambitious talent with lots of ideas, who lives on social video platforms from YouTube and Facebook to Snapchat, TikTok, IGTV.

You will know the key talent and influencers on platforms, what content flies and how to resonate with audiences and drive engagement.

Reporting to channel commissioners, you will be able to develop ideas and bring them to life in a short space of time, before assessing data, insights, audience feedback and going again.

Working with a team of shooters and editors you will create regular creative content across Snap, Instagram and TikiTok on a daily and weekly basis.

What you will be doing:

Originating lots of new ideas every week, presenting them to the team and seeing them through to production and delivery at pace.
Organising and taking part in brainstorming.
Researching ideas, writing up the creative pitch for commissioning.
Overseeing the production and execution of the creative, working collaboratively with a team of social publishing experts, editors and camera operators.
Casting potential talent and contributors.

Person specifications:

An excellent knowledge of social video platforms, trends and content.
Deep understanding of telling stories through social video.
Collaborative team player who is just as comfortable working solo.
Passionate, persuasive and energetic communicator prepared to push boundaries, test and learn, take risks and fail fast.
Ability to self shoot and edit an advantage but not essential.
