What you'll be doing

We're looking for an ultra-organised Junior Producer with a passion for design and an eye for what makes a great visual. This is a rare opportunity to work on creative production in our brand team, producing editorial and social content for MADE.COM.

You've already clocked up some experience in shoot production - assisting a stylist, photographer or art director. You've a keen eye for to detail and are equally happy dealing with the details in paperwork as deadlines for shoot deliverables.

A natural communicator, you instinctively build great relationships. You've heaps of ideas and are enthusiastic about creating new, on-trend content.

This is the role

You'll assist our Creative Producer working on the pre and post production of stills and video shoots for our editorial platform and social media channels. You'll liaise with briefing photographers, influencers and our video production agency working internally with a bunch of talented Content Managers to help produce best-in-class visual assets for all of the countries we operate in.

Relationship management - with the product team, photographers and homeowners - is fundamental to this role and you will be arranging meetings, sending emails and fielding calls to book in shoots, travel and to secure samples for our shoots.

The Junior Creative Producer holds a key role in connecting our community of fans and customers through our photography and video shoots, and ensuring the website and social feeds are populated with high quality, inspiring images.

Responsibilities
* Assisting in the pre and post production of MADE home tours shoots from start to finish
* Work with the Creative Producer to curate the image selection for final story edit and publication on site and across social platforms
* Maintain a database of all shoot-related contacts; photographers, homeowners etc; and ensure all associated paperwork is up to date
* Create a system to manage and track samples for shoots
* Order product required for shoots as required
* Build and develop strong relationships with key departments in the business
* Research and contact customers with aspirational homes to be shot and manage relationships with homeowners
* Responsible for the delivery and signing of contracts for editorial shoots
* Working with the Social and PR teams to manage and supply influencers with product for shoots
* Coordinate the return and file management of photo and video assets following shoots.

What you'll need
* Experience in shoot production and on-set shoot experience essential
* Excellent organisation skills
* A passion for interiors and design
* Good communicator, with impeccable phone and email manner
* Positive can-do attitude
* A good understanding of social media, particularly instagram and Pinterest
* Keen attention to detail is a must
* Great research skills
* Perfect English communication, both written and spoken. Another language - French, German or Dutch would be a bonus
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
* Experience using Asana or a project management tool would be an advantage, but is not deal breaker.
