Camera Operator/Editor/Technician/All-rounder

Specification: Our offices are in Hammersmith and we offer an opportunity to shoot and be involved in a wide variety of productions in TV, video, and social media + events. We cover sports documentaries, live sport, and general travel docs too, plus a few corporates, live bands and so on- it's really a wide mix.
We are currently covering the Clipper Round the World yacht race, and you would be a part of this, going to all of the stopovers. You need to be able to edit on location, create fun music edits, news cuts and videos for social media, plus shoot for our TV documentary series.
You need to have experience, shooting and working professionally, and you need to be able to take control of a shoot on your own at times.
You need to be based in London and eligible to work in the UK ideally with a UK passport due to issues with Visas on our shoots/and or have settled status and can travel in and out of the UK with ease.
Ideally you will have a driving license as you may need to drive our van to events here; there is a LOT of international travel - so think about your personal circumstances with possibly 2-3 weeks or more away on location, possibly every month, so how does that affect your home life? Must have fluent written and spoken English. Other languages useful.
You must have been double vaccinated to apply for this job, and agree to a booster jab too. Sadly, without this you will not be able to travel abroad, that's why.
You will know cameras and the kit, because you will be able to shoot and be comfortable and adventurous to learn more; we have FS7, Sony 500 and a range of other kit such as sliders, gimbals, and ideally know how to fly a drone..! Also a huge advantage would be knowledge of Avid edit systems as we have a few, plus Premier Pro, and ideally - you will have experience of technical matters, PC's and live streaming too, to the point where you can confidently manage a live stream to YouTube and FaceBook (but we can train too);
Immediate start would be ideal as we have a lot going on, but we can be patient and wait a bit too... ! Its a full time job. Actually more than full time...and it has proven life changing for the people who have worked with us since we were founded 14 years ago! Hard work but fun and rewarding, plus you will learn a lot too...
