We are looking for a driven Junior Camera Operator / Editor to produce long-form content for our motorsport YouTube channel, WTF1. Working closely with our presenter, Head of Video and Head of Production, the role requires a talented, creative and technologically-rounded individual to join a fast-growing part of our business.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Shooting motorsport video content on location and in studio
Editing footage and producing polished films
Organising equipment and logistics
Distributing final films on YouTube
Creating teasers for social platforms
Executing sponsored video campaigns to the highest quality
Analysing insights and developing data driven strategies
Keeping abreast of developments in media, video and technology
The perfect candidate will have...

a solid understanding of Premiere Pro and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite
experience with DSLRs and professional video equipment (incl. lighting and sound recording)
experience with colour grading, animations and audio mixing
a great eye for composition and storytelling
a car and valid driving license
