Junior Assistant Coordinator / PA

London based film, TV and theatre company is looking for a Junior Assistant to work in a second position co-ordination role to the two Managing Directors, along with administration duties within the office environment. These duties include co-ordinating lunches and dinners, booking cars and couriers and looking after expenses, etc. Administration duties include keeping the office supplies stocked and liaising with IT with any technical issues. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to get into the industry and learn at a fast-paced, busy production company. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Prior PA experience is required, however minimal.
