In House Production Team AssistantWe are looking for a new Team Assistant to support our very busy In-House Production Team. This role would be perfect for someone who has a passion for the TV Industry, has started to develop their administration skills through previous work experience and is keen to learn more about the department, in particular Post-Production Delivery.What will you be doing day to day?This role has a variety of responsibilities, these will include:- Provide administrative support across development run throughs, pilots and taster tapes, including helping to organise travel and accommodation, meeting and greeting guests, making refreshments- Raising purchase orders for suppliers- Assisting with arranging production gifts at the start up and closedown of production- Booking couriers for the department- Assisting in researching various elements for budget purposes, ie. costs, rates, availability- File CVs and respond to speculatory emails- Assist inhouse post production delivery supervisor with awards submissions for Hat Trick, HTM and Livewire Productions- Coordinate tickets, table booking, dietary requirements and travel to award events- Point of contact for requests to retrieve and return archived paperwork and masters from external storage supplier. Create and maintain spreadsheet to log all movements- Helping the post supervisor to digitise and organise company archive- Upload music and details/metadata for all music commissioned for productions, to Lock 33 using delivered cue sheets- Assist with technical checks of delivered master content and organising correctly ready to upload into Media Asset Manager (MAM),- Upload digital master assets into MAM drive- Log LTOs into log and send to archive- Monitor passports email and file passports into correct folder in secure driveWhat skills will you need to be successful in this role?• You will need to have super organisational skills and a good eye for detail.• It can be varied and busy and so being able to multi-task and practice prioritising activities is an important skill to have.• You will need to feel confident in liaising with multiple teams, be a friendly and approachable face in the department and have a real willingness to learn from those around you and who you support.• From a technical perspective, you will learn more about the post-production delivery process and so a keen interest in this is a must. We don't expect you to have lots of previous experience and knowledge of file-based technology before you start with us, although it's always helpful to start understanding the terminology! You will need to be a confident excel user and feel happy getting to grips with new software and processes.Contract Details• 12 months FTC• Full time role (5 days per week), primarily office based
