A brand-new opportunity has arisen for a Highlights Supervisor within our English Markets Team. You'll play an important role to ensure the smooth and efficient creation of assets for the DAZN application - whether it be the planning, producing, editing and distribution of a significant number of highlights, magazine programming, other features, interviews and newsworthy relevant content to support the live output on the platform. The English Markets team will play a significant role in the further expansion of DAZN.

You will be working on a global product with the opportunity to shape a new generation of sports fans via a video OTT platform that delivers streaming of sport (live and on demand) to customers around the world.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE? % of role

• Organising the planning, resourcing and distribution of highlights and other content from various sources and across all sports for the platform and other parts of the business. 40%
• Leading a team of editors and editorial assistants to deliver the required VOD content to a high standard in a timely, efficient manner. Liaising with relevant local teams and the Central team to maintain successful delivery. 30%
• Troubleshooting any urgent requirements locally and to assist other teams as necessary. 20%
• Working alongside the Central Governance team to ensure that the global plans for DAZN are carried out as planned. 10%

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?

• Experience of Highlights Production, Broadcasting and VOD Content.
• Ability and passion to identify and convey sports stories through highlights.
• Strong editorial skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of leading, motivating, critiquing, instilling confidence to team of editors and junior team members.
• Understanding of media management and distribution workflows.
• Knowledge and experience of non-linear editing systems such as Avid and Premiere Suite and export and upload processes.
