Reporting into the Senior Production Services Manager, the Head Runner will be responsible for offering first level client care throughout IMG Studios by supervising the team of runners and providing support to the Production Services team. In addition, to be responsible for general despatch duties, including the receipt and despatch of packages and programming.

The Head Runner will be primarily responsible for assisting the Senior Production Services Manager with scheduling the team of runners, coordinating their Rota, supervising their workload and ensuring their time is used effectively; Train new runners, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and IMG procedures; Ensuring Craft, Dubbing suites and Live Galleries are offered refreshments on an hourly basis and reporting any faults with fixtures or furnishings to the Office Administrator and following up on the fixing of the faults. The Head Runner will also be responsible for the receipt and despatch of packages and programming as required by IMG Studios by way of receiving requests from staff for international and domestic couriers, bikes and taxis, obtaining appropriate quotations, advising staff accordingly and booking as require and booking appropriate couriers following corporate guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working as a runner in a post-production facility; excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills. Experience supervising a team would be highly advantageous.

PLEASE NOTE: Evening, bank holiday and weekend work will be required for this role. This role will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
