Position: Head Runner
Contract: Fixed Term (10 Months)

Reporting to the Senior Client Liaison Manager, the successful candidate will offer first level client care throughout IMG Studios by providing refreshments, keeping areas clean and tidy, and delivering tapes.

The role will include: acting as the point of contact for other runners (staff and freelance), ensuring that they are all aware of their responsibilities and understand IMG Studios procedures; ordering supplies for the client areas; assisting the SCL Manager in scheduling the team of runners and training new runners (including coordinating their rota and supervising their workload). The Head Runner will support clients in the post production suites and liaise with Office Admin when necessary to fulfil orders.

Candidates must have previous client/customer service experience and will ideally have experience of working as a runner in a post-production facility. Previous experience of managing a team and a strong interest in sport is highly advantageous.
