Industry News is a division of ITN Productions that produces broadcast-quality news-style programming, in partnership with leading bodies and national associations across the UK, Europe and the US. We tell stories that shape the world through dedicated industry specific programmes, targeted at people and professionals throughout those sectors. We create thought leadership editorial content in over 30 different industries.

Responsibilities
The Opportunity

Following a track record of six years YOY growth and commercial success we have created a highly successful business model. 'Industry News' is a massive success story that you will take to the next level. The key elements of the role are Business/Team Management as well as Partnership Sales within the Association Market.

You will be crucial in:

Leading the growth and development of the business
Creating and managing partnerships with leading industry associations and professional bodies
Inspiring and leading a team of 30+ outstanding professionals across sales, marketing and film productions in the UK and the US
Developing and implementing business strategy
Driving continued success and profitability

What you are great at

Being an inspiring and motivational leader
Achieving business objectives - focusing on high performance, collaboration, creativity and business improvement
Achieving an outstanding track record in Partnership sales
Consultative Sales at C-suite level - experience in the Association market ideal but not essential
Focussing on Partnership retention and client satisfaction
Developing and enhancing proposition and products
Optimising sales planning and driving sales targets with the sales team
Enhancing editorial and creative style of content and/or films
Acting as the ambassador for the business in the marketplace
Staying in tune with the market, identify trends and new business opportunities
Managing complex projects including stakeholder management
Foster a culture of transparency, knowledge sharing and collaboration

Your strengths include
