'Industry News' is a massive success story that you will take to the next level. The key elements of the role are Business/Team Management as well as Partnership Sales within the Association Market.You will be crucial in:Leading the growth and development of the businessCreating and managing partnerships with leading industry associations and professional bodiesInspiring and leading a team of 30+ outstanding professionals across sales, marketing and film productions in the UK and the USDeveloping and implementing business strategyDriving continued success and profitabilityWhat you are great atBeing an inspiring and motivational leaderAchieving business objectives - focusing on high performance, collaboration, creativity and business improvementAchieving an outstanding track record in Partnership salesConsultative Sales at C-suite level - experience in the Association market ideal but not essentialFocussing on Partnership retention and client satisfactionDeveloping and enhancing proposition and productsOptimising sales planning and driving sales targets with the sales teamEnhancing editorial and creative style of content and/or filmsActing as the ambassador for the business in the marketplaceStaying in tune with the market, identify trends and new business opportunitiesManaging complex projects including stakeholder managementFoster a culture of transparency, knowledge sharing and collaborationThese are the main requirements of the role and is not an exhaustive list of duties.
