TellyJuice is looking for a highly experienced and super organised Head of Production. As the Head of Production, your role will be to schedule and oversee the day-to-day running of the agency.

Helping to deliver all aspects of video production, from shoots to post-production and delivering finished edits for broadcast and digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Below are the main duties that are required of this role.
* Heading up the production team to manage and schedule the full agency's workload.
* Day to day management of internal design and creative departments, as well as additional freelance staff and contractors.
* Line manager to production team.
* Resourcing additional freelance support and suppliers when needed.
* Continually working on new business development with the Senior Management team, as well as maintaining and improving current client relationships.
* Reviewing health and safety practices, company policies and client contracts alongside the Operations Manager.
* Overseeing all agency budgets to ensure profit targets are met by the team.
* Regularly reviewing and analysing the agency rate card to ensure maximum profits.
* Overseeing multiple fast turnaround projects from the initial brief or brief inception, through to final delivery.
* Main point of contact for a huge range of clients, guiding them through the full production process.
* Brainstorming with the creative team, giving input to ensure the clients goals are met and always aiming to exceed expectations.
* Managing budgets from initial pitch / quoting stage, throughout the full life cycle of the job.
* Processing invoices and purchase order numbers to maintain an efficient workflow between production and accounts.
* Preparing shoot paperwork including health and safety documents, as well as occasionally attending shoots.
* Negotiating with external suppliers, talent and voice over agencies, freelance contractors, and crew.

PERSONAL SKILLS
* 4+ years in a similar role, 2 years of that experience in a leadership position.
* Clear and confident communicator and able to lead a team.
* Ability to assemble and present proposals for new tools and processes, or their improvement.
* Thorough knowledge of the video production process from pitch to delivery.
* Good understanding of UK Advertising and PRS Music clearance processes.
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects of varying scale.
* Extremely organised with high attention to detail.
* Collaborative team player.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Up to date first aid qualification (desirable but not essential).

TellyJuice is currently operating a hybrid working pattern.

This role is Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
