Dragonfly Film & Television are looking for a Head of Production to work alongside their Creative Director in overseeing the smooth running of all productions and offices. Based in their Shoreditch office but also overseeing the Welsh office plus other satellite productions, you will have extensive Production Management experience of factual production across this broad genre. It's essential that you possess excellent communication skills coupled with financial acumen to both write, monitor and analyse production budgets.

The successful candidate will also have experience of leading and managing large and diverse teams of staff and freelancers across a wide range of programming and locations whilst maintaining Dragonfly as a happy and professional workplace. Relationships with the broadcasting business community and suppliers is desirable along with first class negotiating abilities. We're seeking applications from candidates who have at least 2 years' experience as a Senior Production Executive or a current Head of Production.
