A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Good Morning Britain team as our Green Room Manager for ITV Studios Daytime.

You will be kept busy preparing for the arrival of presenters, guests and contributors by ensuring they are looked after and prepared for the programme.

You will also work closely with the production teams, assist across all planned showbiz and news guests to ensure the guest requirements are met and riders are fully prepared.

You will order resources, refresh hospitality (along with the Green Room Assistant), and obtain guest details and release forms.

Phone calls are an essential aspect of this role therefore you must have an organised and systematic approach along with an excellent telephone manner. After the programme you will support the Production team with day to day tasks, booking travel for the guest, ensuring that payments are made and correct paperwork is filled out therefore experience of data entry will be useful.

With strong interpersonal skills you will be highly organised, self-motivated and confident in your approach. You would have previous experience in a hospitality or guest greeting background.

Ideally, you will have experience working in a live TV environment, however this is not essential.
