Responsibilities
Develops and executes the live event graphic design for all major events including the Olympic Games
Source quality designers to ensure high end production value for our consumers across all platforms
Leads the daily multiplatform graphics production team
Drive innovation for all future graphics enhancements to meet the overall content strategy
Ensure data & analytics are being considered for all graphics related matters
Fosters a creative culture resulting in innovative design concepts, graphics and templates for use across multiple platforms
Ensures alignment with the Executive Producers in telling the story across all platforms
Works in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders across all markets and platform
Participate in set design to ensure graphics are being considered for screens, VR & AR
Ensures consistency and continuity with brand identity in all assets.
Manages training of internal and/or external graphic designers
Requirements
Demonstrates graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Ability to work simultaneously on several different projects and under demanding deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines - willingness to work long hours and weekends when required.
Experience and proven track record of working in Cine 4D, Adobe Package (After effect, Photoshop, Illustrator), Cinema 4D, 3D SMax, Xpression (AR).
Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages may be useful.
