Due to constant growth and expansion we are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our busy Marketing team. Primary Purpose of the Job To create marketing and promotional assets to support activity across all areas of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. Accountabilities Deliver creative designs to meet the specifications of a clearly defined brief to a set deadline.Use design and editing software to create new digital and printed assets including digital static images, posters, gifs and editing short videos.Repurpose agency-designed campaign artwork working with layered design files to deliver additional formats required for the website, email and social content; Studio Tour signage; internal communications and e-commerce site.Source and develop new content based on stimulus within the Studio Tour using stills or video format.Work across multiple departments to deliver creative solutions for internal and consumer direct marketing and communication requirements. Support day to day management of Studio Tour asset library; ensuring content is up-to-date; approving access and monitoring use.Create and revise presentations, brand guidelines, templates and other challenging tasks.Adhere to the Studio Tour's brand guidelines to ensure all creative accurately reflects the brand, values and premium quality.Follow approvals process to ensure all creative is approved by senior management and third parties before going live.Manage the design process from informing design briefs, creation and delivery of creative to the printers, publication or uploading through a content management system.Provide high levels of customer service and relationship management to other departments and key partners, delivering beyond service expectations.Deep-dive into all brand guidelines and learn to live and breathe all WBSTL brand standards.See ideas through to the last details of file organisation and clean-up, adhering to template specifications, proofing content and spellchecking. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent knowledge of design software essential; Photoshop and Adobe Creative use preferredProven design experience in an agency or in-house environment, preferably in entertainment or attraction industry.Photography skills essentialKnowledge of video editing an advantageExperience in copywriting an advantageManage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and effectivelyExcellent verbal and written skills; must be able to communicate effectivelyExcellent organisational skills and timekeepingAble to work in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment while staying deadline-focused on multiple projects with composure and easeCollaborate with project managers across departments and advise on project scope, design thinking and timelines.Desire to keep up-to-date with design best practice.BA or similar degree in Graphic Design or related fieldPhotoshop certification or equivalent design packagePositive outlook and "can do" attitude to all stakeholders at the Studio TourProactive and self-motivatedResourceful and innovative thinkerCommercially astute
