Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Director, BSI Speedway and also the Vice President & Managing Director, BSI Speedway, the Graduate Intern will provide team support for the FIM Speedway World Championships, with a particular focus on social media and content.
Responsibilities will include creation of content clips for social media from the TV broadcast, working closely with IMG Media. Creation of other materials such as graphics and GIF's for use across all social media channels is also required. Additional duties will provide support for key areas of the championship such as fan newsletters, day-to-day website management, customer enquiries, event programmes, post event survey and collating statistics.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in TV production, social media and motorsports. They will come with new ideas on how to produce engaging content in order to grow fan interaction on social media. They will be organized, used to working to tight deadlines and will have the ability to work effectively in a small team. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop will be a requirement of the role, as well as familiarity with working on social media channels and how content can be used to drive fan engagement.
