We are now looking to expand our freelance talent pool and want the best and brightest Freelance Schedulers in the business to become part of our roster or regular workers. You will be joining a team working in our state of the art facilities at Chiswick Park in West London across 1250+ Live broadcasts per annum, over 18 channels (with more launches possible) within a department of 25+ people.

Working in the Scheduling team within the Programming department, our Schedulers are responsible for the Presentation scheduling across our portfolio of Live Sport and Entertainment Channels in the Nordic Region. It involves liaising with the Programme Planning team, Sales and Marketing department as well as the in house Content operations, Preview and Compliance, Live On- Air Team and Transmission department to ensure the delivery of fully optimised, editorial sound and compliant playlists.


You will also be required to assist in On-Air scheduling of Live Sport broadcasts including contingency playlists as and when required and help on testing and implementation of new software development, upgrades and workflows as required by management.


We are looking for flexible people who thrive in a busy environment. You will need to be a good problem solver who enjoys working under pressure and is able to think quickly and react swiftly to ever-changing requirements. A background in scheduling or live playout is ideal and a working knowledge of Ofcom regulations is a must. A level of knowledge of scheduling software (we use What's On) is required along with a thorough understanding of the end to end broadcast chain and the intricacies of sports break-structures and revenue drivers. Finally, you will have superb attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
