Overall Purpose of Job:
Ensuring the Production Schedule runs to time, liaising with the Director and Producer to co-ordinate art department, crew, make-up, guests and presenters. Responsible for the smooth and safe running of 3 studios during all live and pre-recorded output.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
-Create Daily Studio Callsheets for the following day's production
-Create Make Up schedule for the following day
-Ensure schedules of the day are followed, making sure that crew and presenters are in the right place at the right time
-Greet guests and escort them in the green room - water, make up, mic up
-Assist on the studio floor by bringing anything necessary from kitroom, props etc
-Oversee delivery/collection of all equipment for studios
-Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
-Design and implement fire evacuation plans ensuring fire lanes are vacant, fire signs are displayed and fire equipment is kept in the correct positions
-Ensure studio spaces are kept tidy, organised and functional
-Organise crew breaks and confirm wrap time after liaising with Heads of Department
-Maintain studio consumables stocks
-Keep the Director/Producer informed of any off-camera action
-Give cues and counts to presenters or guests

Person's specifications:
-Previous experience as a floor manager/assistant floor manager; this is not an entry level position
-Impeccable time management and communication skills to receive, interpret and convey information accurately and concisely
-Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
-Ability to foresee, solve and avoid problems under pressure
-A friendly disposition and an air of calm authority
