Evoke Films is a creative film production company working with global brands, agencies and broadcasters to create content for different audiences on different platforms, from digital films to television advertising, event films to sponsored TV programming. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organized Finance Assistant to add to our award-winning production team based in Chiswick Park.

The Finance Assistant will provide financial and accounting assistance to the production team - dealing with all matters that arise during the course of the production and to provide regular final cost and projection information to Heads of Production. Other responsibilities will include liaising with Accounts Payable on all Payables issues - dealing with vendor enquiries; managing and reconciling the production floats and ensuring that proper controls are maintained over cash advances and managing and reconciling expenditure incurred on production credit cards.

The successful candidate will have proven organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadline and will have experience within a similar function. Knowledge of the television programme production business and practical knowledge of SAP accounting system would be highly advantageous.

PLEASE NOTE: This role will require regular evening shifts and some weekend shifts.
