Overview:

Liquorice Productions are a Dubai based film production business. We officially opened in 2016 and have gained some great clients since. To keep up with the workload we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Videographer/Editor to be based in our Dubai office, which is located in the United Arab Emirates.

In this role, you'll serve as a key member of our team, working on projects from concept through delivery, you will need to be proficient with a variety of modern cameras (Specifically the Sony FS series), have a visual eye that ensures your footage is cinematic and stands out, along with Adobe Creative Suite to provide visually striking and professional edits that maintain Liquorice Productions high quality and reputation.
Responsibilities

• Pre-Production (concept creation, planning, shot listing, storyboarding, permits, scheduling, recces)
• Production (Cinematography)
• Manage media (offloading and backing up).
• Soundtrack selection in line with the Liquorice Productions guidelines.
• Edit projects with technical accuracy and creativity, keeping in mind the target audience and brief presented by the client.
• Implement & create visual effects and graphics for projects when required.
• Colour grade projects prior to delivery.
• Master the audio for projects.
• When needed, assist in other areas of production, including production assisting, audio, and/or other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Candidate MUST have experience working in production, and the knowledge to shoot creatively, light scenes when required, and handle client expectations whilst on set.
• Strong knowledge of the following Adobe products: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Media Encoder & Illustrator.
• Candidate MUST have experience editing LOG footage and the knowledge to colour grade LOG footage.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize workflows and meet deadlines.
• Strong cinematography and editing acumen, with a customer focus and commitment to quality, speed, creativity, and efficiency.
• Driver's license required.

We are seeking personnel with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Examples of previous work to be provided.
