THE PERSON

We're looking for a Producer to join our expanding and highly talented Film Team in the West Midlands. You'll have at least three years' experience as a producer with an agency or production company creating creative, cutting-edge brand, marketing and comms films.
You will take each project from client brief and creative treatment through to scripting and development, pre-production, shoot, post and delivery. The films will range from branded content, internal and external communications, PR, learning, promotional and documentary. What is consistent is each film we produce must convey a message in the most creative and engaging way possible.
The ideal candidate will have a varied production experience with some brand or communications background with a solid understanding of creative development and scripting. You will have produced similar films to us and clearly demonstrate you can take a project from brief through to delivery. This is a client facing role, and we are looking for the right balance of client management, producing and creativity.

This list is not exhaustive and you will be expected to work flexibly and undertake other such duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Has great client management skills.
• Is able to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and professionalism.
• Can show a track record in project management, be hardworking, diligent and passionate about delivering high-quality content regardless of scope, budget and timeline.
• Is a self-starter with a can-do attitude that can slot into our team immediately and hit the ground running.
• Takes ownership of projects and enjoys the pace of working in a busy agency environment.
